Reporting to the Compensation Manager, UK & Europe, this role will support delivery of a seamless compensation service across the UK & Europe (UK&E) region.
Your role:
- Support the delivery of regional compensation programmes in partnership with the Compensation Manager and Total Reward Director.
- Support implementation of the annual salary and discretionary bonus review, including query management, data management and collaboration across HR teams.
- UK and Ireland pay gap reporting, incorporating data from multiple sources, analysing results and providing insights to support internal action planning.
- Assist in the delivery of Total Reward projects — such as EU Pay Transparency — through legislation monitoring, data analysis, and employee communications.
- Annual market benchmarking of graduate pay to support competitive starting salaries.
- Support mid-year salary adjustments for early careers, including population validation, cost modelling and ensuring increases are correctly aligned to our framework.
- Annual validation of Real Living Wage compliance in line with our accreditation.
- Ad hoc pay benchmarking, reporting and analysis using advanced Excel skills.
- Serve as the first point of contact for compensation queries and provide data-driven insights to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Compensation Team to streamline reward operations.
- Support continuous improvement in our systems and process delivery.
- Escalate any data integrity and downstream process issues for resolution.
