Your Role
As a Senior Consultant you will shape and deliver advisory services across major infrastructure programmes, working with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to impactful projects.
Responsibilities
- Support leadership in delivering strategic advice on business transformations, organisational design, portfolio management, and programme efficiency.
- Assist in the full programme lifecycle, from setup to delivery of major transformational projects and PMOs.
- Develop and document processes, tools, and guidance for programme teams, including creating PMO handbooks and similar resources.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, tailor communications to specific audiences, and facilitate workshops (in‑person, virtual or hybrid).
- Apply analytical thinking to collect, organise, and analyse data, ensuring accurate delivery of insights and recommendations.
- Show initiative and a willingness to learn, contributing to high‑quality outputs in dynamic, complex environments.
- Support business change initiatives, driving tangible results in fast‑evolving contexts.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in strategic advisory, programme management or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments.
- Professional certifications such as APM PMQ/PPQ/Ch PP, Mo P, MSP, PRINCE2, or a similar qualification is desirable.
