We’re seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager with strong project management, planning, scheduling, cost management, and risk management skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Your role

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and cost controls.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Lead and motivate project control teams.
  • Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and senior management.
  • Present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Analyze project data for actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budge.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in project controls and managerial role.
  • Proficiency in project controls software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
