Overview

Your role involves providing essential business support and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will adapt to business needs and may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Business Support.
  • Direct queries to appropriate resources (Knowledge Hub, SPHERE, One WorkplACE, MyHR, etc.).
  • Arrange travel (international, rail, car hire, hotels) during absence of Business Support Coordinator.
  • Setting up rooms for meetings.
  • Ordering refreshments and catering for meetings.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Booking parking.
