Your role: We are specifically looking for exceptional individuals who excel in delivery, innovation, and possess a deep understanding of both physical and digital technology. As an EAM Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Responsibilities span across data management, dashboard development, business process analysis and requirements gathering to support strategic decision‑making and operational efficiency.
- Work as part of cross‑functional teams to deliver digital asset management solutions, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven delivery experience working closely with client stakeholders to understand digital asset management needs and in developing requirements to deliver tangible benefits.
- Ability to identify opportunities to streamline information and data workflows alongside reporting processes.
- Ability to work across multiple projects/programmes of work that have delivery value to your organisation or clients.
- Experience or a willingness to learn how to apply Agile delivery methodologies to manage and maintain delivery strategies for project teams and clients.
Technical: A good understanding of the principles of Whole life Asset management as outlined in international standards (ISO 55000 Series), and you will be familiar with the Institute of Asset management Anatomy, standards, and principles. Advisory and delivery capabilities in asset management, design & build engineering, Operational and maintenance management, that will deliver novel solutions for our clients. Understanding of investment management practices and how to apply investment requirements to client priorities to support decision making across the asset life cycle.
About you: You will be motivated, excited and a team player. Demonstrable experience in the Engineering, Transportation, Defence, Energy & Utilities sectors. Working knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management applications. Working knowledge of one or more of the following digital capabilities would be desirable; Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Project Programme and Portfolio Management (3PM), Asset Investment Planning (AIP), Geospatial and Visualisation (G&V), Document & Content Management (DCM), Asset Health & Performance (AHP), Reporting & Analytics (R&A). Good knowledge of the Institute of Asset Management Anatomy, ISO55000 and either completed or working towards your IAM certificate. Good knowledge of applying Asset Management standards. Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills, with practical examples of application through identification of solutions, articulation and buy‑in from stakeholders. Strong written communication skills with the ability to convert client needs into strong business cases and solutions. A working knowledge of Power Platform and related applications is desirable. Willing to stay informed of digital innovative systems, tools and technology developments within the wider business.
