We connect people, data and technology to transform the world’s infrastructure and energy systems. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Resource Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity to develop a career in resource management within a fast-paced, project-led environment. You will support the effective deployment of people across a portfolio of projects, helping ensure the right skills are available at the right time to meet delivery needs. Working alongside Resource Managers, Project Managers and Practice teams, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate resource data, supporting mobilisation, and enabling efficient delivery.
Responsibilities
- Resource coordination — support allocation of resources to projects based on skills, availability, and demand. Help identify resource gaps and availability risks. Maintain an accurate view of current and future resource deployment.
- Stakeholder support: Work closely with Project Managers and bid teams to capture resourcing requirements. Own and facilitate regular resource meetings with up-to-date information. Provide timely updates on roles, allocations, and candidate progress.
- Data & reporting: Maintain resourcing systems and trackers, ensuring data is accurate and current. Produce simple reports and dashboards highlighting key risks and demand.
- Recruitment & mobilisation support: Coordinate candidate pipelines (CV tracking, shortlisting, submissions). Support onboarding and mobilisation activities, including access, documentation, and logistics. Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to support contingent worker onboarding.
- Continuous improvement: Support the consistent application of resourcing processes and governance. Identify opportunities to improve data quality and ways of working. Build knowledge of resource management and workforce planning practices.
