To help realise our committed growth plans with our existing client base, AtkinsRéalis is looking for an ambitious Digital PMO Consultant with a background in business analysis, process improvement, PMO and/or data analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the P3M team in the Southwest & Wales and will work closely with the UK P3M community.
Ideally based in our Bristol office, you will contribute to the P3M business plan, work on key client accounts, drive innovation in our service delivery, and foster a collaborative working environment with the wider Advisory Services group.
Your role
- Supporting the capture and documenting of client requirements for data and reporting and being able to critically challenge the brief where required.
- Taking the lead on defining data and reporting strategies.
- Supporting the design and implementation of new data and reporting solutions, including being comfortable with helping to build digital tools to support our clients.
- Point of contact for the client throughout the design and development of the new solution.
- Identifying areas in existing Project, Programme, Portfolio and/or PMO reporting to increase data insights.
- Responsibility for building, maintaining, and improving dashboards, reports and tools.
- Regular engagement with the client team members and key stakeholders.
Collaboration with other offices, service streams, sectors and the wider AtkinsRéalis business to provide combined and innovative solutions to improve our competitive advantage within the P3M field.
About you
- P3M/PMO experience useful, but also open to a business analyst, data and reporting, digital transformation and/or process improvement background.
- Some knowledge of construction useful, but not essential.
- Awareness of PMOs.
- Awareness of project and programme management methodologies.
- Analytic skills to interrogate data, identify trends and performance improvement measures.
- Experience of stakeholder management.
- High standard of proficiency in oral and written communication.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office.
- Expertise with the use of Power BI. Familiarity with Smartsheet, Monday.com, Alteryx, etc. would be an advantage but is not essential.
