We are a multi-discipline, talented team of over 80 people, including UX/UI designers, graphic designers, animators, visualisers, real-time and web developers all over the globe. Your role
- As an Experience-led UI Designer, you will create engaging interfaces and digital touchpoints for immersive experiences, live events, exhibitions, installations and experiential campaigns.
- You'll help shape how audiences interact with digital content in both physical and virtual environments, combining strong visual design skills with an understanding of interaction, storytelling and spatial experiences.
- You will strive to deliver brilliant experiences every time that capture audiences through design excellence and interactivity.

About you
- Previous experience as a UI Designer within a creative, experiential agency, experiential, events, exhibition, immersive, gaming or digital experience environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI design across interactive experiences, immersive installations, event technology, touchscreen applications, experiential websites, digital products or branded environments.
- Strong understanding of designing interfaces for physical and digital experiences, including live events, exhibitions, spaces and experiential marketing environments.
- Expertise in visual interface design; interaction design, layout, typography, colour theory, grid systems and responsive design, with a keen eye for detail and craft.
- Experience creating intuitive user interfaces for immersive displays, touchscreen experiences, wayfinding solutions or immersive digital environments.
- Ability to translate complex narratives, brand stories and event objectives into engaging digital experiences that captivate audiences.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and modern prototyping tools, with the ability to communicate motion, interaction and experience flow effectively.
- Identify and drive opportunities to embed AI into design and product workflows, using AI-assisted design, rapid prototyping, and vibe coding approaches to increase speed, creativity, and experimentation while ensuring delivery of user-centred, production-ready solutions.
- Deliver strong UX expertise, facilitating user workshops and discovery sessions, mapping end-to-end user journeys and flows, and translating complex processes, data, and business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and user-centred experiences that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating closely with developers, visualisation specialists and production teams to deliver high-quality interactive experiences.
- Understanding of spatial and experiential design principles, with an appreciation of how users interact with digital content within physical environments, such as 360 immersive displays.
- Confidence presenting ideas, concepts and design rationale to clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working on projects from concept through to delivery, including design development, prototyping, testing and implementation.
- A passion for emerging technologies; immersive media, AI-enabled workflows, real-time engines and innovative interaction techniques, being proactive in exploration of embedding new technologies into client solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within fast-paced project environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong capability in interface design, layout, typography, colour, grids and responsive design.
- Experience designing experiential, modern websites that blend storytelling, interaction and visual craft.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful, scalable solutions.
