We are looking for a Power Platform Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and a consulting mindset. This role blends data analysis, automation, and low-code development to deliver business transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and experience in designing scalable solutions that drive measurable impact.
Your role:
- Develop custom Power Apps solutions using Canvas and Model‑Driven app.
- Design and deploy scalable Power Automate workflows.
- Integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, Power Automate, and external systems.
- Perform data analysis to support reporting and decision‑making.
- Work closely with clients to understand business processes and translate them into app functionality.
- Involve in different activities of projects such as requirements gathering, analysing, and documenting business/functional procedures.
- Support platform best practices including governance, environment management, and Application Lifecycle Management.
- Apply data engineering and analysis techniques to support app functionality and reporting.
- Help define Key Performance Indicators and embed data storytelling into app interfaces.
- Drive digital adoption and continuous improvement through client engagement.
- Requirement to work at an AtkinsRéalis office or client office/site 3 days a week.
About you:
- Extensive experience in Power Apps development (Canvas and Model‑Driven apps).
- Extensive experience working in a consulting environment.
- Hands‑on experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Experience in data handling, data engineering, data modelling, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions.
- Understanding of the broader Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in consulting or client‑facing roles.
- Familiarity with Figma or other UX/UI design tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in mentoring junior developers/consultants.
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PL‑200) are a plus.
