A fast-growing, innovative SaaS startup disrupting the architectural services market is looking for adynamic and results-driven Customer Success Manager. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring clients fully utilize and benefit from cutting-edge solutions in architectural layout planning and visualization. As the voice of the customer, the successful candidate will collaborate with operations, sales, and product teams to address client needs and exceed expectations. The ideal candidate thrives on technical problem-solving, enjoys building strong relationships, and is motivated to serve as a product expert and client advocate. Key Responsibilities: Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with operations, product, and sales teams to understand and address customer needs. Platform Utilization: Monitor client engagement with the platform, ensuring they leverage all available features to achieve their goals while identifying opportunities to increase usage and deepen service engagement. Onboarding and Training: Manage the onboarding process, providing a seamless transition and effective training for clients to maximize platform adoption. Pre- and Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to support customers throughout their journey, ensuring their needs are met with precision. Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of current and future product capabilities to guide clients through the platform and demonstrate its value. Relationship Management: Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in architecture or design, ideally within the real estate industry (required). Demonstrated success working with global customers, particularly those with operations across multiple countries. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Proactive problem-solving abilities, anticipating and addressing client challenges effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; native-level fluency is an advantage. Proficiency in additional languages, such as French, is a plus. Strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
