About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key commercial property brokers across the UK.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base.
- Proactively engage with brokers, presenting our services and highlighting their value proposition.
- Cold calling
- Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning initiatives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in commercial real estate brokerage within the UK market.
- Strong network of established relationships with commercial property brokers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
