We are the Snaptrip Group, founded in London in April 2014. Our mission is to make taking a staycation easy and affordable for everybody. Snaptrip Group brings together the UK’s best online accommodation marketplaces dedicated to cottages, lodges, hotels and villa holidays.
The role involves:
- Setting targets and KPIs to maximise profitable paid customer acquisition.
- Working with the Head of Marketing to deploy a seven-figure digital marketing budget.
- Managing, optimising and growing existing paid acquisition campaigns across Google and Bing.
- Expanding and managing paid social channels including TikTok and Meta platforms.
- Identifying key areas of digital paid acquisition growth and testing new channels.
- Contributing product insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates.
- Reporting on paid acquisition performance across Snaptrip and sister sites.
- Leading advanced tracking implementation and working with our Data Scientist.
- Driving automation and scalable processes across multiple accounts and brands.
- Managing relationships with all key media suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years+ of experience running large scale paid search campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience across paid social, particularly TikTok and Meta.
- A comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics.
- Experience with advanced tracking and attribution modelling.
- A passion for data-driven marketing with a proven track record of delivering growth.
- A commercial brain to identify opportunities for growth.
- A user-centric approach to ensure traffic converts well.
- A genuine interest in the product and a proactive approach to suggesting improvements.
- Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously.
- Experience with Google Hotel Center and hotel/meta search advertising is desirable.
- Experience optimising Google Demand Gen, Performance Max, DSA and Search campaigns is essential.
- An ability to communicate clearly and collaborate as part of a small startup team.
Salary: £40,000+ a year depending on experience.
