SnapSea is a Visual Marketing platform based in London that helps destinations, tourist boards, and hospitality brands source and manage user-generated content (UGC) for use in marketing campaigns. We are a fast-growing start-up recognised by both the Canadian and UK governments and are rapidly expanding our client base globally. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to help build the products that shape the future of travel marketing.
Location: Central London (in office)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a client-facing role at a software company
- Experience in a sales, customer success or account management role
- Experience with SaaS
The Role:
- Work with our wonderful clients to understand their initiatives and goals
- Organise and lead customer workshops and webinars
- Become a product expert to ensure clients effectively navigate the platform
- Support renewals and upsells of existing customers
- Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
- Work closely with cutting-edge technologies developed by our London-based team
- Iterate on innovative ideas for the next generation of travel technology
- Reporting directly to the CEO
