Full Time Sales Advisor

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic and creative team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and expert advice to help them make informed purchasing decisions. Your passion for our products and dedication to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with our clientele.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively communicate features and benefits.
• Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience from start to finish.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
• Keep the sales floor organised and visually appealing, ensuring products are well-displayed.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• An interest in photography and design and Photoshop skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
