We are a UK company with colleagues across the country and offices in Dundee and Edinburgh. This is a full-time, field-based role covering the Yorkshire region with occasional travel to our offices in Dundee and Edinburgh.
The Regional Growth team drives partner acquisition, activation and commercial performance across our retail network. You will work closely with Retail Operations, Marketing, Product and Customer Support to onboard new partners, optimise trading performance and scale regional revenue. The team is collaborative, data-informed and focused on rapid impact.
The Regional Growth Manager – Yorkshire will be responsible for growing our retail footprint, improving partner performance, and delivering exceptional commercial outcomes across the region. This is a hands-on, commercial-facing role that combines relationship management, operational support and growth planning.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading acquisition activities to recruit new independent and multiple-store retailers across Yorkshire
- Onboarding and activating new partners, ensuring stores go live smoothly and meet launch KPIs
- Managing a portfolio of retailer partners to drive revenue growth through merchandising, promotions and operational improvements
- Working with marketing and product teams to design and execute regional campaigns that increase orders and retention
- Analysing store-level performance, identifying opportunities and delivering action plans to improve conversion and average order value
- Providing operational support and escalation management, liaising with Technical Support and Retail Operations where required
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with retailer stakeholders and representing Snappy at regional industry and community events
- Reporting on regional KPIs and sharing insights to inform national growth strategy
This is a varied, high-impact role for someone who is commercially minded, comfortable with systems and data, and enjoys building partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements / To be successful in this role:
- Proven commercial or sales experience, ideally in retail, grocery or field-based account management
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence partners at multiple levels
- Comfort with data and systems — you can analyse performance metrics and translate them into actionable plans
- Self-motivated and well-organised — able to manage a regional travel schedule and multiple stakeholder priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail
- Experience working with retailers, merchandising platforms or running promotional activity is desirable
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, or equivalent ability to travel across the region
