Snappy exists to enable local high street businesses to serve their customers online so that local communities thrive, and revenue stays local. Retailers have seen revenue uplifts of between £5k and £120k per month, making the platform mission critical to local business. We’re a Scottish start-up with a dynamic team of 120 colleagues across the UK, with our Head Office based in Dundee. This is a field-based role focused on the Midlands area, so you’ll need to be comfortable with regular travel and ideally located within the region. Our Sales team attracts and engages top-tier retailers to join the Snappy platform. As a Sales Manager , your mission is to identify, engage, and recruit the best retailers across the Midlands to join Snappy Shopper. You’ll be building strong, lasting relationships with potential clients and guiding them through the onboarding process. This role offers a competitive salary with car allowance. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of quality leads to drive new business opportunities. Respond promptly to inbound leads and referrals, ensuring swift follow-up through phone calls, emails, and social media. Travel regularly to meet retailers face-to-face, presenting Snappy Shopper and closing deals. Keep the CRM updated with accurate lead data and audit this regularly to ensure quality. Deliver persuasive sales pitches using company sales decks and materials, either face-to-face or via Teams if needed. Has experience in selling into the convenience store sector and knows the retail landscape. Thrives in a high-volume sales environment, generating leads and securing business. Has field sales experience, including lead generation, cold calling, and pitching to retailers. Understands basic financial formulas to analyze retailer costs and identify value-add opportunities.
