Location

This is a fully remote, field‑based role, with regular travel across your region to meet retailers. You'll also have occasional opportunities to connect with the wider Snappy team in person at our Dundee or Edinburgh offices.

About the team

The Regional Growth team drives partner acquisition, activation and commercial performance across our retail network. You will work closely with Retail Operations, Marketing, Product and Customer Support to onboard new partners, optimise trading performance and scale regional revenue. The team is collaborative, data‑informed, and focused on rapid impact, while empowering individuals to apply insights from local markets to drive growth.

About the role

The Regional Growth Manager – East of England will be responsible for developing deep market knowledge, growing our retail footprint, and improving partner performance across the region. This is a hands‑on role combining market analysis, relationship management and commercial strategy to accelerate revenue, enhance customer outcomes, and strengthen local retailer partnerships.

Your day‑to‑day will include:

  • Building a comprehensive understanding of the Eastern England region, including local consumer behaviour, competitor activity and retail market dynamics
  • Identifying, engaging and onboarding new retail partners, including independent and multiple‑store retailers
  • Managing a portfolio of retailer partners to drive revenue growth through merchandising, promotions, operational improvements and targeted campaigns
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Product to design and implement regional initiatives that increase orders, basket size and repeat purchase
  • Analysing store and regional performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement action plans that deliver measurable growth
  • Providing operational support and resolving escalations in partnership with Retail Operations and Technical Support
  • Maintaining strong, trust‑based relationships with retailer stakeholders and representing Snappy at local industry or community events
  • Reporting on regional KPIs and feeding insights into national growth strategy and product improvements

This is a varied, high‑impact role for someone who is commercially minded, comfortable with data and systems, and enjoys building partnerships in a fast‑paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you'll be/have:

  • Proven experience in commercial, field‑based sales or account management, ideally in retail, grocery, or convenience sectors
  • Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills, with the ability to engage partners at multiple levels
  • Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into practical, actionable growth strategies
  • Experience managing KPIs and other business metrics, with confidence to have constructive and challenging conversations
  • Self‑motivated, well‑organised, and able to manage regional travel schedules and competing stakeholder priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with retailer merchandising platforms, promotional activity, or commercial trading is desirable
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, or equivalent means to travel across the region
