Fully remote.
4 day work week. Yes, you read that correctly. We only work 4 days a week.
Required Skills: Ecommerce Media buying + Creative strategy experience. You must have both. 2 years experience with paid media buying for e-commerce on Meta (bonus points if you also do TikTok or Google), experience with creative strategy. There must be experience with paid ads for ecommerce (not pharma, not b2b, not plumbers.... ecommerce).
This position is not for people that want to be lazy and only work 4 days a week. It’s for highly driven people that are productive and want to be "in the zone" for 4 days and then spend time with their family, rest, or do other creative stuff on the 5th day. Yes, we believe in work-life balance. This is it in action.
This position is NOT a social media coordinator position. This is to do media buying/creative strategy for paid ads on IG, FB, Google, and TikTok.
Cool stuff about the job:
- The position is fully remote;
- Paid vacation time;
- Flexible work hours. We value work-life balance.
- No burn out. We do vibe checks. If we sense burn out, we make sure you get the rest you need.
What you’ll be doing: You’ll be learning and helping ecommerce brands "get to the next level" with creative strategy and media buying on Instagram and Facebook ads. If they are making 10-20K/mo, you’ll be helping them get to 40-50K/mo. If they are at 50K/mo, you’ll help them get to 100K/mo, etc. You’ll be doing that by helping them set up creative strategies and testing on Facebook and Instagram ads and optimizing them once they start spending. You should be comfortable with developing creative briefs, knowing what creatives belong to which part of the customer journey, and actually getting the creatives produced. You’ll also answer both their technical questions and be a bit of a "ad therapist" during their growth journey.
The ideal candidate for this position:
- You are constantly keeping up with the latest and greatest creative and ads strategies.
- You are OK with change.
- You have extreme ownership.
- You are a self-starter and love taking initiative.
- You are a high energy individual.
- You love winning.
- You are cool getting down and dirty.
- You love working with other people and bouncing ideas.
- You are super organized.
- You love eCommerce and ads.
Who this is NOT for:
- People new to ads.
- Someone who is only motivated by a manager instructing him or her on what to do.
- Someone who does not value documentation and process when it comes to ad optimization and reporting.
- If you are hyper obsessed with running small A/B tests, don’t apply here.
- If you are already set in your ways about how to run ads.
Who we are: We are a small team of passionate people working together on helping small to medium sized eCommerce brands grow and succeed with paid ads on Instagram, Facebook, Google, and TikTok. We’ve created a powerful platform that applies successful strategies and funnels that big brands use, and make them accessible to smaller stores in the easiest way possible. Over the last 7 years we’ve generated over $230M in revenue for small business owners while being featured in official Facebook + Instagram Case Studies and becoming official Facebook Marketing partners.
