We are hiring a Paid Media Coverage & Optimization Associate to support product-level ad coverage and performance monitoring across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is an operations + analytics role. You will work directly with a US-based client and align with their existing paid media and analysis teams.
What This Role Is
- Paid media operations & execution
- Product feed and SKU-level coverage
- Performance monitoring using predefined targets
- Cross-team coordination
Core Responsibilities
- Product Ad Coverage
Ensure all new products and categories are:
Properly mapped
Approved
Live in Google & Meta ad accounts
Maintain a master product-to-ad coverage tracker - New Product Launch Operations
Create and enforce a launch checklist:
Product added → feed updated → campaign/ad group created → QA → live
Coordinate with analysts and ads teams to avoid launch delays - Performance Guardrails
Monitor predefined ROAS / CPA / MER targets
Identify underperforming products and:
Pause
Optimize
Escalate to the ads team - Coordination (Not Strategy)
Work alongside the existing ads team to:
Follow established campaign structures
Respect budgets and bidding strategies
Align with business goals - Reporting
Weekly reports:
New products added % live in ads
Time-to-launch
Monthly summaries:
Products meeting vs missing return targets
Working Details
- Client location: United States
- Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM CST, Mon–Fri
- Engagement: Candidate works directly with the client
