We are looking for a Head of Marketing who can strengthen our brand, grow awareness, and drive consistent demand. This role suits someone who understands modern content strategy, organic search, and the shift toward AI influenced discovery. You will own the full marketing engine, set clear direction, and build a team that delivers results.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand and Awareness: Shape and grow the brand through clear positioning, storytelling, and consistent messaging. Build recognition across all major channels, with a strong focus on community driven engagement. Set the strategy for top of funnel activity that supports long term growth.
- Content and Organic Search: Lead a content program that supports search intent, authority, and topical depth. Plan and supervise SEO, covering technical work, on page improvements, and link building. Create AIO and GEO aligned content that performs in search engines and AI assistants. Ensure that all content is optimized for AI visibility and future discovery models.
- Social and Community: Set the strategy for social channels, focusing on conversation, value, and credibility. Use communities as a source of insight and an engine for trust. Guide the team toward authentic engagement rather than broadcast style posting.
- Data and Tools: Use Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, and related tools to guide planning. Build dashboards that show traffic, rankings, sentiment, and organic conversion trends. Monitor industry changes and act quickly on new opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high performing team that works with clarity and ownership. Set clear goals around growth, organic visibility, and content output. Encourage a culture that values testing, iteration, and accountability.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading marketing for a digital first brand.
