Position: Senior Business Analyst for UK Fabric Migrations Workstream

Location: London, UK (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Duration: 6-12+ Months Inside IR35 Contract

Required Skills: Likely to have 7-10 years of experience.

Working to the Migrations Product Owner – lead on data analysis to identify migration cohorts, support the definition and design of the customer and colleague journeys for Migrations, discover and elaborate requirements in prep for tech delivery.

  • Lead the data analysis efforts to identify, segment, and define migration cohorts, directly supporting the overall migration strategy and approach, and working closely with the Data Insights team.
  • Plan, run, and drive engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders across relevant business and technical areas to capture high-level requirements and support the detailed documentation of migration journeys.
  • Drive the discovery, elaboration, and prioritisation of features to shape the migrations backlog, working in close collaboration with Product, Service Design, and Tech Design teams.
  • In collaboration with Service Design colleagues, understand and articulate the implications of strategic choices and design decisions across the entire end-to-end customer or colleague journey for migrations, including any potential impact on current operations.
  • Engage closely with Solution Design resources from Digital and Networks teams as needed, providing the required level of detail to enable high-level, and subsequently detailed, estimates of development effort.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to refine and prioritise the migration backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical feasibility. Also support to drive alignment across technical, architecture, product and experience requirements.
