Overview

Are you passionate about working with young children and ready to begin or grow your career in early years education? At Snapdragons Nursery, we\’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and caring Early Years Support Assistant to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • As a Lunchtime Assistant at Snapdragons Nursery, you\’ll play a vital role in supporting the children and team during the busy midday period.
  • Help to set up and serve meals, encourage independence and good table manners, and ensure a safe, clean, and positive mealtime environment.
  • Beyond lunchtime, support the children with handwashing, toileting, and transitioning into rest or quiet activities.
  • Build positive relationships, play alongside the children, and support their social and emotional development through everyday interactions.

Qualifications and Skills
