We’re looking for a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team at Snapdragons Horfield Nursery. If you’re enthusiastic about early years education, love working with children, and want to be part of a supportive, fun environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Build brilliant bonds with children, families, and your teammates – relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
- Keep little ones safe, happy, and thriving by promoting their health, safety, and well-being every day.
- Spark curiosity and creativity by leading fun, age-appropriate learning and play activities.
- Be a Key Person superstar – forming strong, supportive connections with your key children and their families.
- Tune into each child’s unique personality, interests, and needs to help them shine in their own way.
- Team up with your colleagues to create a warm, inspiring environment where children (and staff!) love to be.
- Lead by example and bring high-quality early years practice into everything you do.
- Always be alert and informed – following safeguarding procedures to keep every child safe and sound.
- Be a proud Snapdragons ambassador, representing our values and professionalism in everything you do.
- Pitch in with a smile! Be flexible, support your teammates, and help out across other Snapdragons sites if needed.
