The Role:
- Design and lead engaging daily routines that are responsive to each child’s individual needs.
- Mentor, support, and inspire Early Years Practitioners and apprentices in their professional development.
- Foster an inclusive, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment for all children.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families.
- Prioritise children\’s wellbeing and take a proactive role in ensuring safeguarding practices are upheld at all times.
A day in the life:
You’ll start each day by warmly welcoming children into a space where curiosity and creativity are encouraged from the moment they arrive with your planned activities.
Throughout the day, you\’ll oversee thoughtful planning and assessments, ensuring every child’s progress is carefully nurtured and celebrated.
You’ll build strong, trusting relationships with families and children alike becoming a familiar, reassuring presence in their early years journey.
Support the children in transitioning between environments.
And of course, you’ll help keep our space bright, safe, and bursting with energy—a place where children can laugh, explore, and grow with confidence every day.
We\’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Is a true team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
