Snapdragons Broadwood are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our nursery team.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the setting running smoothly, supporting the nursery team, children and families with day-to-day administration.
Key responsibilities include
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and welcoming parents, children and visitors.
- Managing correspondence, filing and general administration.
- Using our Connect system to manage children’s attendance, sessions and parent communications.
- Supporting rooms with staffing and lunch cover when required.
- Managing new starters, settling-in sessions and room transitions.
- Ensuring accident records and staff absence records are completed and maintained correctly.
- Communicating important information between parents, rooms and managers.
- Maintaining the nursery maintenance log and ensuring issues are reported and followed up.
