We’re looking for an Operator to join our production team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
- Undertake processing of material against the production plan, quality standards and standard operating procedures
- Operation of automated and manual production equipment to standard operating procedures
- Preparation of materials and tooling
- Undertake periodic quality checks on equipment, processes and products as specified
- Highlight any issues or abnormal events that may impact the process area’s ability to achieve the production plan and escalate them to the appropriate department
- Highlight non compliant parts or materials
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations within the working environment
- Work in a cleanroom environment wearing a full clean room suit and adhere to the procedures put in place
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Ability to work strictly to quality standards and specifications
- Excellent manual dexterity, able to manipulate very small parts with tweezers and other instruments
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate with ability to interact with Microsoft or Google office applications and basic data entry
Minimum Qualifications:
- GCSE in Maths and English
Desirable:
- 1 years’ manufacturing experience, preferably within a semiconductor or consumer electronics clean room environment
