Responsibilities
- Own and execute work streams and logistics for small-to-medium scale experiential activations, creator and business events, and partnerships across EMEA.
- Provide robust operational support for large-scale regional and EMEA GBX projects, tentpole events, and company-wide initiatives.
- Support and lead local events at local EMEA offices in close collaboration with regional internal teams.
- Coordinate with global and regional vendors, suppliers, and external partners to secure resources and ensure seamless project execution.
- Handle essential administrative tasks, including vendor onboarding, procurement, and contract processing in alignment with regional compliance.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, ensuring multiple tasks and deadlines are met simultaneously.
- Assist in creating, tracking, and managing event budgets, proactively finding efficiencies to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
- Apply a problem-solving approach to everyday challenges; look ahead to identify potential bottlenecks and implement swift, creative solutions.
- Stay aware of EMEA market nuances and industry trends, bringing outside-the-box creative concepts to the table to generate interest, engagement, and revenue.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional (XFN) partners across local and global offices.

- Experience independently managing project budgets and vendor relationships across international or EMEA markets.
