As the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Business Officer (CBO), you will be a highly trusted partner responsible for ensuring the executive office operates with excellence, precision, and discretion. You will anticipate needs, remove friction, and create the conditions that enable the CBO to focus on the company's highest priorities. Core Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key partner to the Chief Business Officer, proactively managing an exceptionally complex calendar, aligning competing priorities, and ensuring the executive's time is protected and optimized.
  • Anticipate needs before they arise by preparing the executive for meetings, travel, and engagements while ensuring every detail has been thoughtfully planned and executed.
  • Lead all aspects of complex domestic and international travel, executive meetings, board engagements, customer events, offsites, and other high-profile engagements, delivering a seamless, white-glove experience from planning through execution.
  • Own the end-to-end logistics for meetings and engagements led by the Chief Business Officer’s office, coordinating agendas, attendees, venues, technology, materials, run-of-show, and follow-up to ensure each experience is seamless, well-orchestrated, and aligned to the office’s objectives.
  • Manage fast moving priorities with composure and sound judgment, adapting quickly as plans evolve while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a consistently polished experience for the executive and those around them.
  • Exercise exceptional judgment in balancing competing requests, protecting executive time, and determining where your support creates the greatest impact.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for executive leadership, board members, customers, partners, and other key stakeholders, exercising professionalism, diplomacy, and absolute discretion in every interaction.
  • Handle highly confidential information with integrity, maturity, and impeccable judgment.
  • Partner with the Executive Assistant community to share best practices, contribute to operational excellence, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve workflows, and increase the effectiveness of the executive office.

  • Highly proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other productivity tools.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Significant experience supporting C-level or senior executives in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing highly complex calendars, international travel, executive communications, and confidential information.
  • Proven ability to support executives in environments where priorities change rapidly and flawless execution is expected.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Business Officer, or other C-level executive in technology, media, finance, or another fast-paced global organization.
  • Experience coordinating executive-level meetings, board interactions, customer engagements, and international travel.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting other Executive Assistants and contributing to operational excellence within an Executive Assistant organization.
