We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our People team in London.
What you’ll do
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to coordinate interviews across multiple functions and time zones.
- Schedule and facilitate phone, virtual, and in person interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and support.
- Manage interview logistics, calendars, and scheduling conflicts with speed and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with recruiting partners to keep interview processes running efficiently and accurately.
- Anticipate scheduling challenges and proactively identify solutions.
- Deliver a best in class candidate experience that reflects Snap’s values.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make thoughtful decisions quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, interview scheduling tools (such as GoodTime), Google Workspace, and other recruiting technologies.
- Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, HR coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Experience managing complex calendars and interview scheduling.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting EMEA recruiting or working within a global organisation.
- Experience with Workday, GoodTime, or similar recruiting technologies.
- Previous experience working at Snap Inc.
