We’re looking for a Client Partner, Business Development to join our growing Sales Team in London. This is a true “hunter” role for a sales professional who thrives on creating opportunities and building a business from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and converting some of the most exciting and disruptive D2C brands and innovative tech companies into long-term Snap partners. You’ll own your business end-to-end, developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to build a high-potential client portfolio and drive significant new revenue growth for Snap.
Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial instincts, a proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets, and a passion for helping the next generation of brands grow and win.
What you'll do:
- Build the business: Identify, prospect, and win high-potential advertisers across D2C, e-commerce, tech, and other high-growth verticals.
- Own your market: Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan, prioritising the companies and opportunities with the greatest potential for Snap.
- Lead the full sales cycle: Own opportunities from first outreach and discovery through pitch, negotiation, close, and successful onboarding.
- Become a strategic partner: Advise advertisers on full-funnel growth strategies and demonstrate how Snapchat can solve business challenges and deliver measurable impact.
- Sell at the highest level: Build trusted relationships with founders, C-level executives, and senior marketing leaders, delivering compelling and data-driven narratives.
- Deliver growth: Consistently exceed ambitious revenue targets while maintaining a strong, disciplined pipeline of future opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally: Partner closely with internal teams to unlock opportunities, remove barriers, and ensure new clients successfully scale on Snapchat.
- Create what doesn't exist yet: Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the role — test new approaches, identify untapped opportunities, and help shape how we grow the Export business.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, business development, or a related commercial role.
- Proven track record of winning new clients, building a book of business, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- A genuine hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to create opportunities and build businesses from the ground up.
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify and prioritise high-potential companies and market opportunities.
- Existing relationships with key decision-makers across D2C, e-commerce, tech, startup, or high-growth business communities.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, including measurement, attribution, customer acquisition, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to build credibility and sell effectively to founders, C-level executives, and senior marketing leaders.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High levels of ownership, resilience, and urgency, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
