We are looking for a Global Brand Manager to join the Brand team and help shape foundational projects across the business. This role will work across global brand platforms, major campaigns, strategic narratives, and brand building initiatives that define how Snapchat shows up in culture and in the market. It is a hybrid role combining strategic leadership with hands-on Brand Marketing support, strengthening the team’s ability to deliver consistent, insight-led strategy while providing critical support across key Brand Marketing workstreams.

What You’ll Do

  • Help shape Snapchat’s global brand strategy, positioning, narratives, and brand platforms across foundational business priorities.
  • Turn business challenges, audience insight, competitive context, and cultural signals into clear strategic framing, sharp briefs, and actionable direction.
  • Partner with Global Brand Marketing from kickoff through delivery, ensuring projects start with the right inputs, alignment, and strategic clarity.
  • Guide campaigns and brand initiatives through development, keeping the work anchored to the brief, the brand, and the business objective.
  • Contribute to brand toolkits, playbooks, and guidance that improve consistency across teams, markets, and partners.
  • Support work through production and delivery to help ensure campaigns launch effectively and on time.
  • Track and measure brand performance across key metrics, including brand health, consideration, sentiment, and campaign effectiveness, translating learnings into clear recommendations for global and regional stakeholders.

  • Strong brand strategy skills across positioning, narrative development, briefing, and campaign strategy.
  • Ability to turn complex inputs into clear, useful direction.
  • Strong judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across senior and cross-functional partners.
  • Deep collaboration skills across Marketing, Creative, Product, Media, and external partners.
  • Strong cultural instincts and understanding of audience behavior and creative opportunity.
  • Strong project leadership and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, marketing strategy, brand marketing, planning, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience developing strategic frameworks, creative briefs, brand narratives, campaigns, platforms, or foundational brand work.
  • Experience leading campaigns through development, production, and delivery in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience working on global or multi-market brands, with the ability to balance global consistency and local relevance.
  • Experience partnering with internal creative teams and external agencies on high-visibility work.
  • Experience spanning both foundational brand systems and major campaign moments.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical marketing execution.
  • Passion for Snapchat, creativity, and building a distinctive, culturally resonant brand.
