We’re looking for a Client Partner, Business Development to join Snap Inc! You will focus on identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities, bringing new advertisers onto Snapchat and helping them unlock long-term growth on the platform. You’ll need strong business development and sales skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
- Identify, prioritize, and secure new business opportunities, with a strong focus on acquiring new advertisers
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential prospects across priority industries
- Own the new business sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, onboarding, and activation
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, including C-Level executives, founders, and marketing leaders
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market insights, Snap solutions, and relevant case studies
- Educate prospective clients on Snapchat products, best practices, and opportunities for growth
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that unlock new revenue
- Identify barriers to investment and work with clients and internal teams to overcome them
- Represent Snap at client meetings, industry events, and senior-level engagements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of social media, digital advertising, and mobile marketing
- Proven ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new business
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify new revenue opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and influence C-Level executives and key stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable building opportunities from the ground up
- A team player and strong cross-functional collaborator
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Russian and/or Ukrainian language
- Ability to travel as needed
- 5+ years of business development, media sales, marketing, and/or online advertising experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding sales goals
- Experience building and converting a strong new-business pipeline
- Strong network across advertisers and agencies
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
- Passion for Snap, marketing, and building new business from the ground up
