Your focus will primarily be the Sales (Go-to-market) recruitment and G&A functions. This is a delivery role with the potential to supervise others during busier periods.What you’ll do:Be the main point of contact in the region for Talent Acquisition facing into senior stakeholders with ambitious plans for growthWork alongside a small but dedicated team that competes to find humble, collaborative, razor-sharp industry leaders in corporate departments to join our teamExecute against hiring plans and provide strategic insightSource, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent across our Sales and cross-functional teams.Partner with executives to execute their hiring needs and recruit for management and key roles Collaborate with Talent leadership, HR Business Partners and other cross-functional teams to drive our talent strategyDefine and measure success through data-driven hiring metrics and goals Craft and execute creative talent sourcing and recruiting campaigns that scale for attracting quality diverse talentKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Experience recruiting for a wide array of business and corporate roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positionsExperience recruiting for non-technical roles in ‘Tech’ companies with experience hiring in multiple European countries. Demonstrated ability influencing senior leadersExperience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of: hiring timeline, recruiter bandwidth, or offer acceptance rateExperience hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging, selling, and recruiting the very bestA sourcing maven, who is able to find untapped talent outside traditional means and engage top talent with your personalized approachWell networked with a deep talent network of diverse talentAbility to work with, and influence, multiple facets of the organization (i.e. across function, level, location, etc.) and tailor communication based on the audienceOutstanding interpersonal skills, and extraordinary attention to detail and follow-throughStellar organizational skills, working with a sound sense of urgency and possessing the ability to quickly prioritize various top prioritiesAbility to think operationally and develop processes for efficiencyBroad understanding of general HR requirementsA deep passion for building effective and high-performing teamsEmbodiment of Snap’s values of Kind, Smart, and Creative in all that you do and everyone you interact withMinimum Qualifications: BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experienceSignificant in-house recruiting experienceAbility to interact with stakeholders at the most senior levelPreferred Qualifications:Understand the dynamics of Sales recruiting and how to win talent in a competitive market. 5+ years experience partnering with executives and management within non-technical functionsAbility to lead others or be developed to do soExperience with various Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting software (ideally with Workday Recruiting, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others.
