Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for preparation of and conducting business assurance activities. The primary task is to complete audits with our customers. The audits are completed by letter and telephone with 75% of the workload being telephony based. You will also be responsible for elements of internal compliance of associates and business partners in-line with company policies and procedures. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and may be required to prepare and present findings to key stakeholders, including at executive level.
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience in a Financial Services or regulated environment is desirable
- Has a strong ability to work to own initiative, with the ability to self-manage
- Has a professional telephone manner
- Has excellent computer skills and knowledge including Microsoft Office
- Is a strong written and verbal communicator
- Is outgoing, positive attitudes and strong interpersonal skills
- Has excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Role
The role is 100% office based, in Kettering, UK. Core business hours are 08:30-17:30 with a 37.5 hour work week (shift time negotiable). Salary is between £27,000-£30,000 with the potential of additional bonus initiatives. This role reports in to the Operations Manager. The role is available with immediate effect.
