Franchise Support Specialist
Location: South London/South
Salary: Β£32, % bonus + fully expensed company car
Snap-on is looking for a motivated professional to join as a Franchise Support Specialist (FSS). This role is a key stepping stone for a long-term career in franchising, providing exposure to sales operations, route surveys, franchise inventories, and regional franchise processes. Full training will be provided, with ongoing opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the business. You will predominantly work in London and the South East, but on occasion, you may be required to travel nationally (infrequently).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct route surveys and schedule them in line with franchisee territories
- Support terminating franchisees and assist with priority service issues
- Help with tool-ups, sales meetings, training sessions, and equipment shows
- Conduct franchisee inventories and advise on effective inventory management
- Provide guidance and support to TSSRs, DSRs, and Company Store Managers
Person Specification:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of accounting, inventory, or credit practices desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel extensively, stay away from home multiple times a week, and drive long distances during surveys
- Strong attention to detail, customer focus, and team collaboration
- Able to lift 25kg bags
