At Snap-on Tools, our franchise network keeps the business moving. We’re looking for someone who can bring structure, coordination and follow-through to help that network run smoothly.

This role supports the Franchise Systems Manager and plays a key part in managing the full lifecycle of our franchisees, from onboarding to exit. For this management level role, you’ll lead the Franchise Administration team and be responsible for making sure all key tasks are delivered on time, and nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll work across departments, fleet, warehouse, legal, finance, to make sure every detail is in place. You’ll also handle franchise exits, making sure everything is closed off properly, and support wider compliance and reporting across the network.

This role needs someone who can manage multiple priorities, stay calm under pressure, and keep projects on track. You’ll need to spot risks, fix gaps, and suggest better ways of working. It’s not just about keeping the wheels turning, it’s about improving how they turn.
