In this position your main purpose is to execute, drive and develop sales within the assigned Region and according to the business plans and targets.
You will interact daily with prospects and customers within the collision repair industry and match their Bodyshop needs with the Car-O-Liner’s Total Bodyshop Solutions in WSS, joining, measuring, ADAS, Straightening and Lifting
You will be working closely with the After-Market Manager and operate as a commercial crew in a constant journey of customer satisfaction as well as the Internal Sales and Support organisation to secure a premium customer experience from first touchpoint to satisfied user.
In your role you will report directly to the Managing Director for Car-O-Liner UK Organisation.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop the Car-O-Liner Sales on the UK Market (allocated region) according to specified Sales Targets.
- Execute product and solution demonstrations as part of an effective sales pitch.
- Execute installations of equipment and start-up trainings to secure customer satisfaction
- Execute regular visits within the assigned customer and prospect portfolio to retain close relations and long-term partnerships.
- Drive orders, deliveries and installation in cooperation with the internal sales and service organisation.
- Administration of, Sales Activities, Invoicing and Sales/Servicing/Training Opportunities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and engage fully in regular Sales Meetings
- Actively work closely with service and support team to increase sales, service, training and repair business potential at the Customer’s site.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Personal situation that allows extensive traveling within the allocated region
- Good technical knowledge of car manufacturing requirements and the collision repair industry
- Previous extensive experience with customer contact in technical sales situations / Business to business
- Previous experience with the sales of capital equipment. Useful understanding of terminologies such as ROI (return on investment), TCO (total cost of ownership) and Valued BASED Selling Experience is another plus.
- Comfortable with PCs in general and Microsoft office in particular (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to represent the brand in a good way according to our values.
