An exciting opportunity has become available to join Snap Fitness Southampton Woolston as an Assistant Club Manager. Following recent new ownership and with exciting refurbishment and upgrade plans ahead, we are looking for an energetic, motivated and member-focused individual to help support the next phase of growth within our 24/7 club. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering an outstanding member experience, driving membership sales, maintaining high operational standards and helping create a positive community atmosphere within the club.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the gym
- Delivering membership tours and sales
- Member engagement and retention
- Maintaining exceptional club standards and cleanliness
- Supporting social media and community activity
- Assisting with club growth initiatives and promotions
- Supporting the Club Manager with operational duties
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills

- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of the rota
