Snap Inc. is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Elsie in Gerrards Cross, working in a fully adapted family home to support daily living, medical care and therapy. You will accompany her to school and help coordinate care with the current team and neuropsychologist.

The role is ~37 hours per week, term-time and holidays with paid breaks, and travel opportunities within the UK and abroad. A driving licence for an automatic WAV is essential, and strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
