We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordination Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team!

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with recruiting partners to facilitate our global interview processes, while acting as liaison between recruiting partners and candidates
  • Coordinate special batch interview scheduling events
  • Provide support for recruiting events (in person and virtual) – i.e., set up, break down, follow up communications, scheduling on-site interviews in real time
  • Facilitate and lead training efforts for the Recruiting Coordination Team as new team members onboard
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other Recruiting Coordinators & Sr. Recruiting Coordinators
  • Work cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR, IT, Immigration, and other departments at Snap Inc. to facilitate best in class candidate experience
  • Assist TA Enablement partners on opportunities for efficiency and building for scale across the organisation — including pilot interview programs, tools, and system enhancements — while also driving projects focused on program and process enhancement

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Subject matter expert in various types of interview scheduling
  • An effective problem solver who is able to make quality decisions quickly
  • Familiarity with high-volume interview environments and working across multiple time zones
  • An effective communicator who enjoys building new relationships
  • Proven ability to work with various types of stakeholders across the business
  • Ability to balance and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Passionate about providing a world-class candidate experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, calendar tools, and the Google suite

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 1+ years Recruiting Coordination related experience or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge of Goodtime, Workday, and Google Suite
  • Prior Snap experience
  • Previous experience working across different time zones
  • Previous experience in a fast paced/high volume environment
