Snap Inc is a technology company focused on camera-enabled experiences. The Product Marketing team uses creativity, market research, and insights to optimise and inspire roadmaps for products across Snap Inc. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead Go To Market strategies for Snapchat’s App performance marketing solutions. You will use your knowledge of marketplaces, platforms, and products used by Direct Response advertisers to inform the roadmap, build global go-to-market strategies, and coordinate ongoing marketing efforts to grow awareness, understanding, and adoption of Snapchat’s solutions.
What you’ll do
- Partner closely with our Product Management & Sales teams to launch advertising products and grow their adoption in the EMEA region.
- Represent product teams in the markets by setting goals, managing product launches and implementing activations to drive adoption.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to monitor product performance.
- Be a recognized App marketing expert and develop go-to-market strategies and plans, including product positioning, narrative, internal communications, and marketing activation strategies.
- Use market knowledge and analytical mindset to inform the roadmap through the collection and systematic extraction of key themes from marketers and advertisers who use the platform.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on go-to-market strategy & planning and track success metrics accordingly.
- Inspire and educate internal teams on Snapchat’s performance solutions for advertisers.
- Build frameworks and processes to structure conversations, create & socialize marketing initiatives, and drive alignment across teams and leadership.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Deep knowledge of the App performance digital ads landscape, especially for App acquisition, engagement and retention strategies for verticals such as Gaming, Retail, Tech or Finance.
- Ability to transform complex concepts into simple actionable tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify new opportunities and improve overall product marketing strategy.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute go-to-market plans.
- Team player who can work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups, with minimal guidance.
- Strong public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to large groups.
- Ability to lead market research to identify new opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis, assess the capabilities and value proposition of ad products via market trends, advertiser feedback and competitive benchmarking.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Significant experience in product marketing/product strategy or other relevant digital performance marketing/sales work.
- App marketing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product marketing, product management, strategy at a technology or advertising technology company.
- Solid track record in launching products & driving global adoption.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Looker & Excel, and collaboration with Data Science or Data Engineering teams.
- Experience in a performance-based advertiser or digital advertising tech company.
- Familiarity with Social media ads manager platforms and digital advertising measurement tools.
