Snap Inc is a technology company that believes the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together. The Company operates Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances relationships with friends, family, and the world, and Specs Inc., a wholly‑owned subsidiary dedicated to making computing more human, in addition to Bitmoji, Saturn, and other digital services.
The Creative & Marketing organization brings Snap’s brand to life in culture and partners closely across the business and with external collaborators to deliver creative excellence at scale. Within that, the Brand team exists to ignite the Snapchat brand to drive culture and growth. The team leads foundational work across the business, including brand strategy and positioning, brand platforms and campaigns, brand storytelling, stewardship, core narratives, toolkits, and systems that help keep Snapchat consistent across channels and markets.
This team also partners with local and cross‑functional teams on major priority briefs, helping ensure the work is strategically sharp, creatively ambitious, and unmistakably on brand.
We are looking for a Global Brand Manager to join the Brand team and help shape foundational projects across the business. This role will work across global brand platforms, major campaigns, strategic narratives, and brand building initiatives that define how Snapchat shows up in culture and in the market. This is a hybrid role that combines strategic leadership with hands‑on Brand Marketing support, designed to strengthen the team’s ability to deliver more consistent, insight‑led strategy while also providing critical support across key Brand Marketing workstreams.
This person will sit at the centre of strategy, marketing, and creative. They will help define the problem to solve, turn audience insight and cultural signals into sharp strategic direction, develop strong briefs and project framing, and support work through the campaign lifecycle to help ensure ideas are delivered effectively and on time. The role will also provide support across day‑to‑day brand workstreams, including stakeholder management, agency coordination, campaign delivery, approvals, timelines, process management, and general brand team support.
The ideal person is equal parts strategist and builder: someone who can zoom out to shape the role the brand should play in people’s lives, then zoom in to create clear direction, stronger briefs, tighter feedback, and better execution.
What You’ll Do
- Help shape Snapchat’s global brand strategy, positioning, narratives, and brand platforms across foundational business priorities.
- Turn business challenges, audience insight, competitive context, and cultural signals into clear strategic framing, sharp briefs, and actionable direction.

- Guide campaigns and brand initiatives through development, keeping the work anchored to the brief, the brand, and the business objective.
- Contribute to brand toolkits, playbooks, and guidance that improve consistency across teams, markets, and partners.
- Support work through production and delivery to help ensure campaigns launch effectively and on time.
- Track and measure brand performance across key metrics, including brand health, consideration, sentiment, and campaign effectiveness, translating learnings into clear recommendations for global and regional stakeholders.

- Ability to turn complex inputs into clear, useful direction.
- Strong judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across senior and cross‑functional partners.
- Deep collaboration skills across Marketing, Creative, Product, Media, and external partners.
