We’re looking for a Hardware Recruiter [Fixed-term] to join our People Team!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide front-end (finding, sourcing, phone screening), high-volume recruiting support for our Spectacles teams in EMEA.
- Serve as the first contact for passive candidates: identify, engage, and screen them.
- Post-screen, assess candidates’ fit based on role, company, and team needs to determine progression to first-round interviews.
- Recommend candidates for second-round interviews based on first-round evaluations to your recruiting partner and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies efficiently.
- Manage search pipelines by understanding hiring needs, role specifications, and search requirements.
- Solve problems and produce solutions through data analysis, identifying alternatives, and taking on additional responsibilities.
- Educate hiring managers and recruiters on industry trends and challenges, working on solutions to build pipelines.
- Build relationships with candidates, understand their needs, and connect them to opportunities at Snap, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure candidate pipelines reflect the talent market and our user base.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies and share best practices with colleagues.
- Work closely with various teams across Snap, including Recruiting, Coordination, and Talent Intelligence.
