Join Snap Inc\’s UK Large Customer Sales Team – Tech Sector

The Company’s three core products are Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world; Lens Studio, an augmented reality platform that powers AR across Snapchat and other services; and its AR glasses, Spectacles.

What you\’ll do:

  • Own and be accountable for quarterly + yearly revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth goals across a defined book of business focused on some of our largest Tech clients.
  • Have a large and extensive network of relationships across a number of well-recognized brands and their respective media and creative agencies at a UK and EMEA level. Media agency relationships will be focused on planning and strategy.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities independently based on a deep understanding of the UK/EMEA market, and the business strategies of your customers.
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, creative insights, campaign analysis, and case studies.
  • Develop strategic insights, highlight opportunities, and provide basic reporting on performance in their market or market vertical.
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of appropriate sales and operational customer service, with account planning and QBRs.
  • Maintain deep expertise on Snapchat products and developments and leverage that understanding to identify cross-selling opportunities relevant to customers’ business goals.
  • Develop and coordinate the best sales propositions/practices for client interaction, sales, and service, keeping pace with innovation on the platform and ads products.
  • Consistently deliver on sales targets by taking ownership of a market segment and applying an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Own reporting and stakeholder management for market vertical/market needs.
  • Develop key stakeholder relationships internally at a global level to ensure your clients are maximizing the opportunity on Snapchat and activating strategically and consistently across your region.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not a necessity.
  • A minimum of 5 years media sales and/or online advertising experience.

  • Passion for Snap Inc. products and the media and marketing sectors.
  • Extensive knowledge of brand and performance-based marketing including industry trends, measurement and attribution approaches, and competitive product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to build trust with C-level clients by understanding their business needs and tailoring communications.
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision-makers at advertisers and their agencies.
  • Ability to win the support of internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and support teams, and advocate for your customers.
  • A proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals, and achieving success within a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • A team-first approach and commitment to developing the skills and careers of less experienced team members.
