Snap Fitness is searching for a dynamic, passionate, and motivated Assistant Club Manager at our Chippenham Club. You must bring experience, energy, and enthusiasm to manage the day‑to‑day operations of a busy gym.

Responsibilities

• Sales management – driving sales through local community and corporate outreach.
• Assist in marketing management to drive membership growth.
• Lead and assist personal trainers.
• Create and implement the group fitness timetable.
• Maintain gym standards – cleanliness, maintenance, OH&S, etc.
• Handle customer service and administration.
• Social media and club management reporting.

Qualifications

• Sales & management experience.
• Fitness qualification (essential).
• First Aid certificate.
• Outstanding customer service and people skills.
• A proven ability to hit targets.
