Snap Inc. is hiring an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance Team in London, England, United Kingdom. Snap is a technology company focused on empowering people to express themselves, learn about the world, and have fun together through products like Snapchat, Lens Studio, and Spectacles.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, correct, and accurate invoicing for Snapchat’s products.
- Collaborate with Business Solutions, Operations, and Accounting teams to create efficiencies and improve billing and collections processes.
- Investigate, document, and resolve global billing issues.
- Support AR Leads on all billing-related issues.
- Apply daily cash and monthly billing reconciliations.
- Assist accounting with month-end reconciliation of AR accounts.
- Resolve campaign and invoicing queries in partnership with collections analysts.
- Clarify current invoicing data with customers as needed.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and projects.
- Assist in data quality assurance tasks with AR Leads.
- Support the annual financial statement audit and periodic internal audits.
- Meet departmental monthly collection goals.
Qualifications
- English language essential; French is a strong plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills and Excel proficiency required.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable within advertising or media/entertainment industry.
- International AR experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail‑oriented with a high sense of urgency.
- Proactive, self‑directed approach with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
