The Role
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team in Greenwich, London. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will help members achieve their goals through personalised coaching, structured training plans, and ongoing support. You will also play a key role in engaging members on the gym floor, building relationships, and growing your own PT client base.
PT Package & Working Structure
- Option 1 - full floor hours: 10 floor hours per week
- Option 2 - full rent: £700 monthly rent
- Option 3 - 50/50 split: 5 floor hours per week, £350 monthly rent
Working Hours
Weekdays: Mon-Tue: 10:00am – 8:00pm; Wed-Fri: 10am - 6pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Floor hours may also include group classes or gym support sessions, typically scheduled at:
7:00am
6:15pm
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised training programmes tailored to client goals
- Provide 1-to-1 personal training sessions
- Deliver group training sessions or classes when scheduled
- Conduct fitness assessments and progress tracking
- Provide exercise guidance and basic nutritional advice
- Build strong relationships with members to grow your PT client base
- Maintain a safe, motivating gym environment
- Help with equipment maintenance
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor (Level 3/2 or equivalent)
- Experience in personal training, fitness instruction, or coaching
- Strong communication and people skills
- A proactive attitude towards building a client base
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
