This is a self-employed, on-site Personal Trainer role based at Snap Fitness in Crewe. The Personal Trainer will provide one-to-one and small group fitness instruction, including assessments, personalized workout programs, and ongoing coaching to support members in achieving their goals. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Working knowledge of basic Nutrition principles to provide general guidance that supports members’ training goals
  • Recognized fitness qualification (e.g., Level 3 Personal Trainer or equivalent) and valid, up-to-date professional certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a member-focused, inclusive, and motivating coaching style
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, and to thrive in a fast-paced gym environment
  • Current first aid/CPR certification and experience working in a commercial gym or fitness setting are highly beneficial
