We’re on the lookout for a full-time Area Manager to lead and inspire our incredible team across the South West, covering clubs in St Austell, Taunton, Radstock, Trowbridge, Exeter, Bristol Filton, Bristol Clifton, and Bristol Ashton Gate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the day-to-day operations across multiple clubs with energy and focus.
  • Driving sales and marketing performance in line with ambitious but achievable targets.
  • Inspiring your teams to deliver best-in-class member experiences.
  • Ensuring compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and all company policies.
  • Managing club profitability through effective revenue and cost controls.
  • Recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing Club and Assistant Managers.
  • Supporting team development through structured 1-2-1s, PDPs, and company induction plans.
  • Championing our values and fostering a supportive, ambitious team culture.
  • Owning key business metrics and reporting performance regularly.
  • Collaborating with other departments to share success and implement improvements.
  • Taking full commercial and operational ownership of your region – and owning your own career development in partnership with our 3 x HODs (Head of Sales, Head of Operations, Head of Fitness).

What We’re Looking For:

We’re after someone who is motivated, people-focused, and commercially minded. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Multi-site management experience (preferred but not essential – we’re big on potential!)
  • Confident, fair leadership and coaching skills – including conflict resolution.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Great presentation skills – and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
  • A passion for customer service and creating uplifting member experiences.
