We are looking for a dynamic Product & Proposition Manager to lead the development of customer-focused propositions and oversee the entire product lifecycle. You will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration, drive growth, and achieve sales objectives while keeping customer needs and governance at the core. Additionally, you will manage and uphold Snap’s Product Management Framework (PMF), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering impactful outcomes for both customers and the business.

Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer

Location: Crownhill, Milton Keynes / Hybrid Working

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 17:30 pm

Salary: £competitive

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and maintain the Snap Product Management Framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and delivering positive outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Manage products in line with PMF standards, ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, incorporating stakeholder input to drive innovation and improvement across new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to evaluate, prioritise, and integrate valuable ideas and feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, positioning the business to proactively adapt and stay ahead.
  • Analyse product and customer metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise outcomes for both customers and the business.
  • Work closely with team members to design and implement changes that enhance the overall product experience.
  • Leverage customer insights and feedback to inform product strategy, reviews, and individual product updates.
  • Advocate for the customer in discussions impacting product delivery, ensuring component changes align with and enhance the broader product experience.
  • Contribute to product delivery and customer experience initiatives, including regulatory documentation, customer communications, product marketing, and operational processes.
  • Partner with the Change team, providing input and prioritisation for projects where you act as the Accountable Executive.

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • Bachelor\’s or master\’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience as a Senior Product Manager / HOF Products in a regulated financial services business where your responsibilities included managing financial products (as bought by customers) and the firms\’ Product Management Framework
  • A deep understanding of UK consumer credit, in particular loans, credit cards or point of sale finance.
  • P&L or budget management experience.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for financial products, including Consumer Duty and CONC regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with Change teams to prioritise and deliver critical changes effectively.
